Improve the error message sent when trying to change an account's email to an already used email address

      Summary

      In Managed accounts, if you try to change a user's email address to one that is already used by a different Atlassian Account, you get a confusing error message:

      Something went wrong

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Change the email address for a Managed account to an email address already used by another account.

      Expected Results

      User receives the same error message as when they attempt the same from id.atlassian.com:

      The provided email address is not allowed, please use a different one

      Actual Results

      The user receives the following error message:

      Something went wrong!
