Summary
When navigating to Directory > Managed Accounts, we are able to see all the accounts from the domains we have verified under our organization.
It is a great way to see how many Atlassian accounts we have, and we are able to sort those accounts by applying some filters in two different fields: one for account settings (active, deactivated, for deletion, with our without 2FA, etc), and the other for product access.
For the one that approaches product access, when Product Access is selected, it counts all the accounts, no matter if they do or do not have a product license.
Suggestion
- Rename the Product Access label with something else (like "All accounts", or "Choose an option", and add the "No Product" as a sorting option as well) to let it clear it will include accounts that do not have access to any product.
