Improve the Managed accounts list filter and export feature

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Summary

Currently, in the Managed accounts directory, org admins can filter user accounts based on account status or product access.

The problem is that there is no visibility to see how many users are returned based on the filter applied, they have to go through the page paginations.

In addition to that, after filtering and using the Export accounts feature, the returned CSV still contains all the managed accounts in the directory, not that of the filter applied. Also, it isn't possible to sort the list of accounts.

      Request

It would be helpful if the Manage accounts page had a feature to:

      • See the number of accounts returned from a search filter/criteria
      • Sort the list of returned accounts
      • Export a CSV of only the accounts returned for a particular filter, rather than all accounts.
