Enforce profile visibility settings to managed accounts

    Description

      At the moment, only the end users will be able to control their profile visibility settings via https://id.atlassian.com

      Suggestion : Allow org admins to enforce profile visibility settings according to their organization requirement. ie. Email address should only be visible to the organization and this should be enforced.
