Trello plan details in managed accounts export

      Exporting managed accounts CSV does not provide details on Trello plan subscription by users. Trello has 3 subscription types:
      1) Free
      2) Business plan
      3) Enterprise

      It will be helpful to provide this information in the export of accounts.
