Issue Summary
The "Last Active" value in a managed account profile page is shown as unavailable if the user does not have any product access. It does not return any value in the API response as well for the "Get User API" query.
Also noted that in certain cases, even if the user has product access and has recently logged in to Atlassian system, the "Last Active" tag is shown as "unavailable.
Steps to Reproduce
- Visit a managed account profile without product access.
- Check the value in "Last Active".
- Also run an API query for Get User API and notice the absence of "Last Active" tag for this user.
Expected Results
The "Last Active" tag should be consistent and correct for all the managed accounts.
