Currently available in audit logs:
- date/time of login
- location and IP address
- last/active session
Login details missing in audit logs:
- OS or device used to log in (currently visible in Recent devices section of managed users account profilt)
Suggestion
Include the device information in the audit log so that admins won't have to click individually on each user's profile to get the information.
Notes
Org admins whose orgs have Atlassian Access subscriptions can view the devices of their users who have Managed Accounts:
- Go to admin.atlassian.com
- Select your organization if you have more than one.
- Select Directory > Managed accounts
- Click on one of the users and on their page scroll to the subheading Recent Devices:

Olá boa tarde!
Finalmente, estou tendo a necessidade de verificar o registro do sistema Gira Cloud, para ver a hora em que meu colaborador está logado ou não.
Porém, não estou encontrando tal solução, espero que em breve este recurso esteja disponível na plataforma.

added a comment - Previously, Admins were able to see when a user login was created and the date and time of their last activity. Now that this information is "not available" it makes it impossible to know whether a user is even logging in, let alone using the site. Please at least fix the missing statistics!!

Atlassian’s Security Control in this area provides a means for IP loss for companies and should be taken seriously and needs to be highlighted and prioritised to management. Please note GDPR is involved here as well as users who have this access can go anywhere with their mobile device and do whatever!
