Issue Summary

Deleted accounts are still showing on the Managed Accounts section

Steps to Reproduce

Access your Org administration.
Navigate to Directory.

Expected Results

Accounts that were already deleted shouldn't appear on the list.

Actual Results

Deleted accounts are showing with the FOR DELETION status badge.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
