Improve User Provisioning Troubleshooting log

      At the present moment, User Provisioning troubleshooting log has

      • Limited information that does not help troubleshooting integration errors
        • Example: Resource [USER]: with email[someuser@somedomain.com] already exists.
          • What is the account trying to assign that already taken email address?
          • What is the account currently using that already taken email address?
      • No navigation helpers such as a search bar or a date filter.
        • The logs are being rolled and you have no way to filter out the irrelevant information.
      • Logs get cleared out after 30 days.
      • No option to log sync calls that are successful.
