Issue Summary
The Organisation audit logs are now bundled with our Premium subscriptions (Confluence and/or Jira). The logs help our customers to be aware on what's happening on their Instances in terms of user management, however, approving an access request doesn't generate a log on the Organisation for the user invitation/granting access to the product.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure you have a Confluence Premium subscription.
- Access any page, using a non admin account.
- Use the Share button to invite a user to your Instance.
- Once the invitation is sent, access the Instance administration with an admin account.
- Approve the access request.
- Check the Org audit logs.
Expected Results
There should be a record logging the admin adding the user to the Instance, and granting product access.
Actual Results
Approving the access request doesn't generate any log on the Org audit logs.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

After our investigation into this issue, we weren’t able to reproduce the behavior within our instances, as the very functionality of sending/approving access requests from in-product sharing (in this case going to Confluence and clicking the share button and submitting with an email) no longer exists. This issue is non-existent now, and as a result we will be closing this ticket.
