As a user, I'd like to be able to identify archived issues in issue or epic links

Problem Definition

When an issue is archived e.g. an Epic. There is currently no indication on linked or child issues, that the linked issue has been archived. So owners of linked issues who need to update their links don't have a way of identifying that they are still linked to an archived (potentially obsolete) issue, and may not know to make necessary changes e.g. re-link to a more current issue.

Suggested Solution

Add a form of visual marker (e.g. an automatic Archived label) on Epic or other Issue links, if the linked issue happens to be archived.
