      Summary

      When performing issue query using ">" , is not working properly.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to Issue Navigator
      2. Search issue using below query:- 
        createdDate > 2017-02-01

      Expected Results

      Issue created after 1st Feb will be displayed. Issue created on 1st Feb will not displayed.

      Actual Results

      Issue created after 1st Feb and on 1st Feb display.
