Ability to move the validators up and down in turn ensuring which error message should show up first

Feature - Implementation of moving up and down the validations I have in a transition (like post-function already do).

Currently if validations are defined keeping in mind some specific priority of checks, the error message in the first (or rather, new added) validator should not show up before the ones listed as the most important one.
