As a Trello user I want an Automation trigger and action for when a member is assigned to a checklist item

Problem Definition

Currently, many users use Trello Automation feature to automate most parts of their workflow on their boards, ranging from adding labels automatically to cards to moving cards to different boards, etc.

However, Trello Automation still needs more triggers and actions, specifically when automating checklist items. This results in users needing the option to create automated workflows when someone is assigned to a checklist item of a checklist.

Having access to Automation triggers or actions for checklist items can empower them to have more options to automate their workflow on their boards.
