    Description

      Issue Summary

      We have received reports that some iOS users are seeing delayed, incomplete, or inconsistent data when comparing against the web version. 

      We have not yet pinned down reliable reproduction steps, so we do ask that if you see this behavior that you contact support for troubleshooting.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Unknown - inconsistent across users. Seems quite rare, and we have not been able to reliably reproduce.

      Expected Results

      The contents of boards and cards is reliably in sync between all the iOS app and Web version

      Actual Results

      Users may not see some cards, lists, or boards when viewing the iOS app. Or, data may sync in, but be on a delay (15+ seconds)

      Workaround

      • In the board menu (board -> ...), a sync button at the bottom left corner can be used to force a sync.
      • Check if anything is stuck in the Sync Queue under the account tab -> sync queue.
