Filtering boards through Collections doesn't show all boards labelled for that collection

Issue Summary

Users can use the Collections feature as a way to classify and organize their boards within their Workspace. However, some customers are reporting that the Collections filter shows only one board or fewer boards compared to the actual number of boards labeled for the Collections filter. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Boards of a specific Workspace, and choose to filter the boards by Collection
2. Open one of the boards from the Collection
3. Click Return in your browser
4. When on the Boards page again, select the same Collection
5. Now, only one board will be shown
6. Refresh the page, select the same Collection once again, and all other boards will be shown again

Expected Results

Selecting your Collections from the filter should show all boards labeled to that Collection.

Actual Results

Opening a board from a Collection, and returning to the Boards page hides a few boards associated with that Collection. 

Workaround

Refreshing the page makes all boards labeled to the Collection show up again on the Boards page.
