Can't add new members to a Paid Workspace (Workspace limit)

Issue Summary

Some customers with a paid subscription can't add new members to their paid workspaces. They receive a message stating that they have reached the limit of 10 collaborators.

Steps to Reproduce

Try adding any member to a board, just as stated here:

or here:

• Adding people to a board

Expected Results

Add any member to any board within your paid Workspace subscription.

Actual Results

Not being able to add a member to your boards within your paid subscription.
