Users can't click to Power-Up links as Smart links to cards

Issue Summary

When adding a Power-Up link to a card as a smart link, users can't click on them. However, clicking on other links, such as YouTube, Google, Apple Store, etc., works as expected. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to your board
2. Click on the '+' plus sign to create a card and past the Power-Up link to create a Smart link card

Expected Results

Upon clicking the smart link, a new tab should open on your browser, pointing the user to the Power-Up.

Actual Results

Clicking on the smart link card doesn't open a new tab nor redirect the user to the Power-Up. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
