Android: app language change isn't applied

Issue Summary

Switching the Trello’s preferred language to any other than English within the Trello mobile app does not update the language

Steps to Reproduce

1. Using your Android device, go to Settings
2. Go to Apps → Trello
3. Inside Trello’s App Info, set Language to anything

Or with Trello mobile app:

1. Open Trello App
2. Go to Menu (or the 3 horizontal bars in the top-left) ->
3. Go to Settings
4. Under the General section, click Set app language and select any language other than English

Expected Results

The user interface will change to the selected language

Actual Results

The user interface did not change to the selected language. It is still in English.

Workaround

For the changes to reflect, you need to update the language to English and back to the preferred one several times, until you finally see the interface language changing.
