    Description

      User Problem

The button visibility and shareability within Trello with multiple boards creates confusion due to the number of buttons available for different departments. Users are expressing frustration due to the lack of granular control over button visibility on a per-board basis. This limitation complicates workflows, especially in environments where boards are tailored to specific departmental needs, and not all buttons are relevant across the entire Workspace.

Allow Workspace admins to have granular control over button visibility on a per-board basis. This feature would ideally allow admins to:

      • Help the visibility of buttons on each board within a workspace.
      • Provide a streamlined onboarding process for new employees or those navigating across multiple boards, by ensuring they only see the buttons relevant to their tasks.

      Suggested Solutions

As for rules, allow the inclusion of buttons in Command Libraries.
