A checklist item with the same name as another existing item can't be checked through automation

Issue Summary

There is an issue with the automation card button related to checklist items. When the automation is set to check a checklist item, it fails to check a newly added item if an item of the same name already exists on the card and has been previously checked. The automation does not recognize and check new items with the same name.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a test board
2. Create a checklist item named 'Checklist'
3. Create a card automation button with these actions, e.g.:
   a) Create a checklist item named 'To do' in checklist 'Checklist'
   b) Check the item 'ABC' in checklist 'Checklist'

For b, if there are 2 items with the same name, the automation action does not check the second item, even if it still needs to be checked.

Expected Results

The automation should check the unchecked 'ABC' item regardless of the presence of another item with the same name that has already been checked.

Actual Results

The automation ignores the unchecked 'ABC' item, failing to check it off when the card button is activated.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.
