NVDA screen reader can't identity and read the text when creating a board

Issue Summary

When blind users use the NVDA screen reader software and want to create a new board, the screen reader can't identify any of the text from the popover, causing confusion to blind users who wouldn't know which field is selected. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install NVDA screen reader
2. Go to Trello while NVDA is opened
3. Try creating a board
4. You'll notice the screen reader can't read any of the texts on top of the required fields to create a board

Expected Results

NVDA screen reader should be able to read and identify the titles of the fields used to create a board since blind users require this information to understand which step they're taking. 

Actual Results

Screen readers can't read the titles of the fields used to create a board, confusing blind users when they're creating a board. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
