Use the Trello app in Offline mode

User Problem

A user has requested the ability to use the Trello desktop app in an 'offline' mode so that should they be in a situation where they don't have access to the internet or are unable to connect to Trello's servers for any reason they can continue to make changes to their board that will be uploaded when they then go back online.

Suggested Solutions

Users may be able to view boards on mobile while offline, but there’s no setting to enable it. However, when it comes to the web app and desktop apps, they do require a network connection.
