iCal can't be added to external calendar and doesn't download the .ics file.

Issue Summary

A user cannot add the iCal generated from the Calendar View on Outlook. They get the error "Couldn't import calendar, try again late". 

If we access the iCal to download the .ics file we get the error "no such feed"

Steps to Reproduce

1. Generate the iCal from the Calendar View
2. Import on an external calendar or access the link on a browser.

Expected Results

If added to the external calendar, the calendar is added. If accessed from the browser, download the .ics file.

Actual Results

Error described above.

Workaround

The user is unable to generate a new iCal, they don't have a workaround. Disabling and enabling the Calendar View doesn't generate a new link.

Other boards work fine while generating the iCal, the problem is only one board. 

It'd be nice to have a way to re-generate an iCal.
