Workspace visible buttons cannot be deleted if the member is removed from the workspace

Issue Summary

Workspace visible buttons cannot be deleted if the member is removed from the workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a member(1) to the workspace
2. member(1) creates a card button
3. member(1) enables “Show on all Workspace visible boards”
4. member(1) is removed from the workspace
5. The button cannot be deleted.

Expected Results

The creator and/or the workspace admin should be able to delete the button.

Actual Results

The creator and/or workspace admin cannot delete the button.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
