As a Trello user, I want to be able to delete lists so I can delete my lists and many cards at once (Deleting lists)

User Problem

There's currently no way to delete a list in Trello. Once a list is archived, it cannot be deleted. 

Suggested Solutions

Add the capability to delete a list. 

Current Workarounds

1. Create a new board
2. Move all the list(s) you delete to this board
3. Delete the board
