Custom authtype should return NONE instead of erroring out

Previously customers could bypass authentication by providing os_authType=guest. Since 2.3.x this no longer works which means clients have to change their customisations to pass in 'none'. We should change the AuthType enum to simply return none instead of throwing an IllegalArgumentException if there's no match for the enum.
