Description

Problem:

Currently, the Jira Migration Assistant does not support the migration of custom priority icons, when moving from Server -> Cloud all of our icons are missing.

Customers are required to upload the images manually. Following our docs here.

Suggestion:

Have the migration assistant automatically upload priority icons to the new cloud site.
