Enhance BCMA Migrations with Progress Tracking and Monitoring

Issue Summary

• The Bitbucket Migration App (BCMA) currently lacks a visual indicator to track the progress of ongoing migrations.
• There's no way to monitor migration progress through the command line.

Benefits:

• Improved user experience: A progress indicator allows users to easily track the migration's status and estimate completion time.
• Enhanced control: The command-line option empowers users to monitor migrations from their terminal, offering greater flexibility.

Considerations:

• Consider offering different levels of detail for the progress indicator (basic, detailed) to cater to different user preferences.

Currently, we rely on UI and using below URL to check the status:
