When sub-tasks is moved to In Progress, Stories remain in Open status, Parent issue should be marked as in-progress as well

An improvement when a task is first moved into In Progress, it updates the Parent Stories status to also be In progress. Much in the way it does when we close all Subtasks and it prompts us to close the Parent Story.
