Ability to reorder Team list

Portfolio for Jira allows teams to be tracked by a team name. The page where you can see the team names can not be reordered. This has an effect on the Team Field used elsewhere in Jira such that the pull down list showing all the team names is in the order of when the names were entered.

This request is to allow for the pull down list of the Team Field to be sorted alphabetically. A follow on request would be to allow for any sort order.

Additional information from the Atlassian Jira team member:

• Team names are not alphabetized in the Team field dropdown in Jira Software and are organized based on the order in which they were added to the plan.
• Team names are not alphabetized in the Manage Shared Teams page in Portfolio for Jira and are organized based on the order in which they were added.
• Team names are alphabetized in a Portfolio for Jira plan. However, uppercase and lowercase letters are not treated the same; capitalized team names are put first. For example, 'Ze team' is put before 'a team'.
