After upgrading from JIRA 3.13.5 to JIRA 4.0.1 (GH 4.2.1) the ranking is different

    Description

      After the upgrade we now realized that all rankings are different now. E.G. it was rannking 210 before and now is 190. How can that be? We have a complete new JIRA installation and imported a complete backup.
