Issue operations from a pop-up issue screen do not work

If you have an issue that has child issues and you want to perform issue operations on those child issues using the new Jira 4.0 drop down menu of issue operations in the right column of the list of child issues it won't work. I suspect its because it wants to open up another pop up and greenhopper isn't liking that.

I've attached an image that shows the drop down of issue operations that for the most part don't work through a greenhopper pop up view of the issue.
