      Hello,
      We're unable to sync some of our github repositories.

      Here is the error:
      Sync Failed: Error during sync. See server logs.

      p.s. Also, please update this error for the OD version of Jira. Its frustrating to run into error messages addressed to sys admins in a cloud offering. It would be great if these types of errors had some level of automated ticket creation for your team to look into, rather than putting the onus on the customer to reach out for troubleshooting assistance, especially in the case where an exception requires intervention on your end.
