When exporting issues to a csv file the comma(,) is used as field separator. There should be a possibility to choose the field separator character(s)!

When exporting issues to a csv file the comma(,) is used as field separator. There should be a possibility to choose the field separator character(s)!

The fact that there is no choise is verry unfortunate because the comma(,) is a verry frequently used character in the content of fields suche as "Summary" and "Description".

When using this export result csv file in excel for example causes the creation of false supplementary fields.

The solution for this problem can be one of the following two:

1. giving the user the choice to set the field separator character that will be used in the export resulting csv file as field separator.  
2. Envelopping the content of each of all the fields in the export resulting csv file between quotes (").
