Description
At present, during the project creation, there is no way to control the roles or the users who will belong to those roles.
A company-managed software project will be automatically mapped to the default permission scheme for Software projects, and if there are any roles there, with default members in them, those will be added automatically when the project is created.
That means that to remove the users, the admin will need to do it manually after the project has been created, or have a custom permission scheme.
It would be valuable for some customers to have the option to remove these users, or the roles from the permission scheme, during the project creation phase.
