We understand that closing an issue as ‘Done’ can sometimes be a misnomer, e.g. the issue was a duplicate, or deprioritised as ‘won’t do', or has become obsolete.
As this ticket is a duplicate of JSWCLOUD-18435, we are closing this ticket so that we can aggregate the feedback on a single ticket.

An option to close a ticket as 'Canceled' or 'Won't Do' would be really helpful as sometimes there are tickets that have useful details and shouldn't be permanently deleted or left in the Backlog indefinitely.
