Advanced Roadmaps - Cannot save to Jira

Issue Summary

Changes in the Plan are not being picked up in the commit/review changes dialogue (JPO3).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Change any values in the plan
2. Observe no changes on Review Pending changes. Access to customer plan has been requested via support ticket - https://getsupport.atlassian.com/browse/PCS-10285

Expected Results

Changes visible in Review Pending changes popup and can be saved

Actual Results

No pending changes visible as Review Changes popup is opened.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
