JIRA 6.3.3 slow to show an issue

      Just upgraded JIRA from recent version to 6.3.3 as I keep up with all updates. Self hosted on Windows Server 2012 R2. All has been working great but with the latest version, clicking an issue takes 5-10 seconds for the issue to load/appear. Everything else runs fast, i.e. dashboard, etc. It's just with issue opening. I've locked/re-indexed, cycled the service, etc. No luck.
