Using right-click "Send to sprint" to move an issue to another sprint does not update rank

Problem Definition

When you use the right-click option to add or change the sprint of an issue, the issue does not appear at the top of the sprint.

Suggested Solution

Make Sprints force ranking of issues, so that:

• When an issue moves from Current Sprint to a future sprint, it should appear on the top of the current sprint
• When an issue moves from the Backlog to a sprint, it should appear in the bottom of that sprint

Workaround

Use the Send to... Top of Backlog option in the context menu to rank the issue higher in the backlog before associating an issue with a Sprint
