Board plan screen backlog item row height is larger when user comes back from another planning screen

      When you view the product backlog first time, css class for the body is "ghx-plan-band-2"
      but when you go to another screen (i.e. current sprint) and come back, the body class is set to "ghx-plan-band-1".

      But this time, backlog rows become higher because ".ghx-row.ghx-end" class is not styled correctly.

      If you have too many issues on the backlog, this becomes harder to track from a UX viewpoint
