    Description

      Steps to replicate:
      • Create 3 Issues in a clean board: ISSUE-1, ISSUE-2 and ISSUE-3 keeping the same order in the Backlog;
      • Perform a JQL search of the "ISSUE" project ordered by Rank - it will show ISSUE-1, ISSUE-2 and ISSUE-3;
      • Now create a Sprint in this board and add the ISSUE-2 to this Sprint;
      • Perform a JQL search of the "ISSUE" project ordered by Rank:
      Actual behavior:

      The filter result will show ISSUE-1, ISSUE-2 and ISSUE-3;

      Expected behavior:

      The filter result should bring ISSUE-2, ISSUE-1 and ISSUE-3;

      The priority of an Issue in a Sprint should be higher than an Issue in the Backlog, since the users will work on the Sprint, and not in the backlog. However, if you search for those issues ordering by the Rank to use as a report, for example, it will show us an incorrect view of the Issues.
