Boards configured with filter queries that pull issues from multiple projects do not show the project-centric sidebar

      When a rapid board is based off of a filter query that pulls in issues across multiple projects, the rapid board's appearance is just like rapid boards in JIRA Agile before version 6.6.70.

      This what a board looks like with a single project in the filter query (project = LayOut ORDER BY Rank ASC):

      Add another project to the filter query (project in (LayOut, SketchUp) ORDER BY Rank ASC) and the board changes to look like this:

      The expectation is that the board's format would remain that same as in the first screenshot.
