Steps to reproduce

1. Create a JIRA Service Desk project
2. Create a user, assign appropriate permissions to browse, edit and schedule the project. Do not assign the user as an agent.
3. Create a board, create some issues
4. Rank the issues

Actual results

On the planning board, JIRA Agile throws an error message popup:

Error: You cannot perform this operation because you do not have "Schedule" permission.

Expected results

Since JIRA already knows that JIRA Service Desk has overridden the permission (user must be an agent to perform agent operations, can confirm by using JIRA permission helper),
JIRA Agile should throw this error message, instead of problems with "Schedule" permission, which is not true.
