      It would be good to be able to extend the Knowledge Base integration in Service Desk to include Blog Posts and also all content with a specific label, with no restrictions to a single space.

            Pedro put this in on our behalf. Our service desk puts out a weekly "Tips" blog located in the space in Confluence used as the JSD KB. They want to be able to make blog posts in that KB searchable from the JSD portal UI during create. Also a plus would be to use any content on the wiki given a specific label configured in the JSD setup. But first, blogposts.
