      As a system administrator I have to migrate our current help desk system to Jira service desk. Actually we have our customers base (more than 10000 users) based on LDAP and we do not want them to re-register by invitation or any other way. In addition to this, any new customer will be created on LDAP by other means and thus should be automatically present in the Jira customers directory to login (Just like the directory sync for Crowd).
      We create users automatically after they buy something from us, so we'll not use use the customer portal registration process.
