Issue Summary
Ability to add a select list of groups of users to share the issue with, so that the users will be listed in drop-down so that customers can select the user with whom he wants to share the issue.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an issue in the JSD customer portal
- Now to share the issue with others its only possible by typing name or e-mail address like below
How a customer adds a participant to a request:
- Access the customer portal from the link provided.
- Fill out the request form, select Create.
- Select Share from the right-side panel, enter the name, email address, or organization in the Share this request field.
- Select Share.
- Instead have a select list drop-down so that customers can choose the user with whom they want to share the request with
Expected Results
- Instead have a select list drop-down so that customers can choose the user with whom they want to share the request with
Actual Results
- Select Share from the right-side panel, enter the name, email address, or organization in the Share this request field.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
