Problem Definition:
At the moment, the Satisfaction Survey is only available for JIRA Service Desk Notification at Resolved Notification. But, such feature could be needed for other Project Type in which the Context of the Feedback could different and there is such scenario where the Service Desk project would need to use JIRA Standard Notification.
Problem Solution:
To have this feature to be available for all project types and notification when JIRA Service Desk Application is installed in the instance.
Why is it needed:
- To make the feature is available for other project types that need the feature as well.
- At such, it will help a third-party integration of email notification.
