Problem
When using automation rules on JIRA SD, approvers are not able to be set to be notified when the time remaining SLA condition is set on the "When" field.
The following warning is displayed:
"Approvers doesn't work with the current "When" trigger. Remove the recipient or consider a new trigger"
This feature would be necessary to notify approvers before the SLA be breached in JIRA SD. They can receive transition notifications from events, although it does not let they receive a new notification before the SLA be breached.
Solution
Add a feature to let approvers receive notifications before the SLA be breached.
Workaround
Use a transition to notify approvers when the issue need their approval or use external plugins
