Right now in Customer Notifications, a user's options for the 'To' field are rather limited. For instance, for the Comment Added notification, you can only select to have a notification sent to the requester or the customers involved. Some users might wish to have notifications sent to a central email address instead of individuals, and it would be very helpful if you could specify an individual user as a notification recipient, rather than a group, such as customers involved.
